Our pressure locked steel grating can be supplied in uncoated, galvanised, black bitumen dipped, mild steel or stainless steel, in a range of different panel sizes and hole centres as well as a serrated or smooth surface for extra safety.
The span of the grating required is dependant on your desired load.
* Load: UCL = Uniformly Distributed Load (kg/m.)
* Load: C = Maximum concentrated / center line load (kg/m)
* If serated: Reduce loads by +- 10% and maximum span per load by +- 3.5%
* Galvanising increases mass by +- 9% per m.
