The production process involves carefully layering liquid resin and continuous fibreglass rovings into a mould to achieve the desired thickness and dimensions. After the layers are completed, the mould undergoes a curing process that ensures the material’s strength and stability. Once cured, the plates are removed from the mould, which is then cleaned and prepared for the next production cycle.
